Bed: our best companion

 We spend more time in bed than in other places. A bed is our best companion and best helper to rest our body, when we are watching movies or talking on the phone we always use the bed at the night. When we are upset, a pillow always supports us and gives us extra comfort while sleeping on the bed. Facts show that we spend a third of our lives sleeping or having a fun time and other activities like reading novels or watching television and so on. A bedroom is a place where we spend most of our time, so it is right to say that our bedroom needs to be clean always and is proper dress up, for more comfort and relaxation for our body. In simple words, we can say that our bedroom is related to our bed where all the things are properly placed or not.

Perfect sleep

In any home, the bedroom is the one area where a person finds comfort and relaxation. The ambiance of a bedroom can instantly lift a person’s mood and elevate the décor. There are many places in the home that should change according to the mood or season like a bedroom. For proper comfort, we have to dress up our bed properly with a fitted bed sheet and pillows, duvet cover, and all the things. The cotton bed sheet is perfect for the bed; it is a smooth texture and breathable properties resulting in perfect sleep. But some people are also comfortable with a polyester sheet. Some people say cotton is best while some consider polyester best, and there arises a debate on polyester vs cotton sheets.

If you ask me about my choice then I will definitely say cotton. the reason behind this is, that I am a hot sleeper. Cotton fibers have cooling and moisture properties, are breathable and the comfort level is good. There are many cases of people suffering from sleeping diseases. Good bedding can make a big difference between a good and bad night's sleep.  A good-quality bedding set not only enhances the sleep cycle but also plays an important role in decorating bedrooms.
